Job Description

We are currently searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in London, Ontario. Our ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization's management team to deliver strategic initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop sound human resource practices, conforming with all approved company policies and ensuring compliance with employment related legislation
? Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices
? Support all HR practices to attract, develop, and retain the talent necessary to grow and enhance the business in line with the strategic direction
? Partner with the leadership team in providing daily support to ensure effectiveness and optimization of its operations and resources
? Assist HR Manager with HR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources, use data to create insights, prioritize areas of focus and guide teams in building resourcing plans
? Support the HR team to ensure optimal performance in achieving business objectives while driving high engagement to lead talent development and succession planning processes for key management positions
? Foster, encourage and promote regular, effective ongoing communication with all levels of employees
? Develop and actively advocate for employee learning/development programs that include competency requirements and eligibility

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Degree in Business Administration/Management with focus on Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience
? 5 years Senior HR Generalist experience with a focus on coaching, employee development, succession and engagement
? Exceptional listening & communication skills, and multitasking capabilities
? Open and collaborative leadership style that promotes partnerships and builds trust, with the ability to engage, motivate, and coach at all levels
? Strong negotiation skills and ability to foster cooperation, build consensus, gain support, and influence decision-making and outcomes
? Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship management skills to interact effectively as a team member as well as build effective working relationships
? Familiar with HR technology implementation and digital working environments
? Advanced Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
