This role leads ITD’s India Sales team which includes Field Sales teams, and Customer Service teams through the entire product life cycle for the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial markets. The role reports to the ITD APAC sales director. Major expectations of this role is to drive the sales organization (Field sales & customer service) to lead strong growth of profitable sales and targeted value creation in India, and design and implements all associated process and tools aligned with Eaton and other ITD sales team

Defines the strategic market objectives - Industrial, Defense, Mil-aero, - and in the commercial action plan within his territory
Lead and ensure the motivation of the team
Defines and proposes budget objectives in business terms (booking, billing, payment deadlines, new business, dynamic management of product portfolio (new/old products, etc.)
Responsible for the profitability of the sales and the growth in India territory, from opportunity identification to cash collection.
Create opportunity and maintain sales funnel.
Coordinate deployment of sales plans over his territory between the various members of his teams by assigning missions, objectives and resources
Prepares, proposes, and implements processes and adequate resources (technical and commercial information and human resources management tools, etc.), ensuring these are optimized and evolving
Communicates and work actively and in a transparent way transversally with other region and department including operation and marketing.
Controls plan progress by relying on the reporting processes and tools made available to him while contributing to the optimization thereof
Provide consolidated booking/billing forecast on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis for his territory
Evaluates and anticipates possible problems and proposes corrective measures
Monitors proper deployment and utilization of IT information-management tools defined at platform level and various reporting tools made available to his teams.
Manage the Sales/distribution contracts and respect company compliance
Propose and implement the product promotion actions within his territory in coordination with the platform BDM and platform marketing
Perform other tasks/duties as assigned

Qualifications
Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar), MBA or Advance Degree is preferred
Total work experience 18yrs to 24 yrs.
Minimum of 10 years working in an international company
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role of sales strategy.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading a team
Proficient with all MS office products.
Strong Customer interface skills. Ability to uncover customer needs and translate into winning capture strategies and value propositions
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong Ethic and transparency
Effective in a matrix management environment
Fluent English and Hindi
Experience in preparing Budget, FCST, detailed report, etc.
Experience in using CRM
Experience in multicultural environment
Challenge spirit and able to act under pressure
Multitask handling with complex situations related to customers
Legally authorized to work in India without company sponsorship
