Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, we seek a highly experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) specializing in digital transformation to lead our organization's digital strategy and drive innovation across all business functions. As the CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, technology governance, and technology management policies and procedures that support the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for technology management, quality, security, and privacy.

- Oversee developing and deploying digital solutions that deliver business value and support informed decision-making across all business functions.

- Lead the identification, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies and tools that enhance digital capabilities and drive innovation.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business performance, drive growth, and create competitive advantage.

- Build and lead a high-performing team of digital experts, including developers, engineers, and architects, to support the organization's digital strategy.

- Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree in Digital Transformation, Technology, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology management, or related field; at least five years of experience in a leadership role.

- Proven experience developing and executing digital transformation strategies, policies, and governance frameworks supporting business goals.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to turn technology into innovative solutions and actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives from conception to completion.

- Strong understanding of emerging digital transformation and technology management trends, tools, and technologies.
