Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a proven track record of retaining and growing a client base. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive retention and growth of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a customer retention strategy that focuses on building long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer data and provide insights to the marketing team to help drive customer engagement and retention.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations.
Develop sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Actively engage with customers to build relationships and gain feedback on the company's products and services.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that target existing customers.
Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure sales targets are being met.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a strong focus on retention and growth.
Experience in the E-commerce industry is preferred.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use customer data to drive decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
