Job Description

We are seeking a Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, information systems, and software solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems
• Gather, document and analyze business and functional requirements
• Develop detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to ensure understanding of business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system solutions
• Design, develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to management
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on new systems and processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems
• Experience with project management methodologies a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems a plus
