Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with financial and accounting services, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and preparing financial reports.
Job Duties:
Provide accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and budgeting.
Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Advise clients on tax planning and strategies to minimize their tax liability.
Provide financial planning and investment advice to clients.
Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide consulting services, including business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and fraud investigation.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure that their financial needs are being met.
Manage staff accountants and oversee their work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
