Job Overview: NovusIntelli is seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President of Engineering specializing in IoT (Internet of Things) to lead our engineering team. This executive role involves steering the development and implementation of cutting-edge IoT technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, and a proven track record in leading engineering teams to deliver innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering department, setting strategic direction and goals for IoT product development and deployment.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of IoT product development, from concept to deployment, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
Foster innovation in IoT technologies and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and competitive products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of IoT solutions while maintaining adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the IoT space, identifying opportunities for new initiatives and improvements.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, DevOps, and quality assurance.
Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IoT domain.
Strong technical background in IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity, cloud computing, and analytics.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IoT projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
