Job Description

We’re looking for a Zuken E3 Administrator to own, support, and enhance our Zuken E3 and DS-E3 software stack. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering and CAD tools, collaborate with talented teams, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the go-to expert for Zuken E3 and DS-E3.
Supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and keeping things running smoothly.
Developing best practices, training guides, and process documentation.
Working with vendors to resolve bugs, implement fixes, and plan upgrades.
Managing software upgrades, configurations, and automation to improve efficiency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Providing backup support for Cadence OrCAD and Allegro when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

5+ years of experience in E3 Cable Design.
2+ years in Zuken E3 administration (installation, configuration, automation).
Experience working with Remote Apps and Virtual Machines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to create and maintain automation scripts for E3.
A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Skills That Make You Stand Out:

Experience managing CAD infrastructure (servers, databases, file shares).
Familiarity with DS-E3 data management and 3D cable/harness routing.
Knowledge of pneumatics and fluid design in Zuken.
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service tools.
Understanding of Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) concepts.
Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Management Studio.
Hands-on experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
