We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to lead our organization's quality assurance team and ensure that our products and services meet or exceed
customer expectations. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and initiatives, managing the quality
assurance team, and collaborating with other departments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
? Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and development.
? Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
? Collaborate with product development teams to define and implement testing processes that ensure the quality of our products and services.
? Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, procedures, and metrics to ensure consistent and effective testing and quality control.
? Analyze testing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality.
? Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to quality assurance, including ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or related field; at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
? Strong experience in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
? Proven experience in managing quality assurance teams, including hiring, training, and development.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to identify trends and insights from data.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
? Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
? Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives from conception to completion.
? Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to quality assurance.
